• Conversational AI for Marketing

• AI for Customer Self-Service & Call Centers

We are profitable, bootstrapped, and growing fast, requiring more core developers to support our expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• 50%-60% Web Development:

  • Build responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js.

  • Integrate LLM APIs and manage vector databases.

  • Master dialog management for AI-driven applications.

• 10%-20% DevOps:

  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS.

• 10%-20% Customer Interaction:

  • Work directly with clients to understand challenges and refine solutions.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui

• Backend: Node.js, Langchain, OpenAI, Langgraph, Langsmith

• Databases: DynamoDB, Chroma (Vector DB), Redis

• Cloud: AWS (S3, Lambda, Eventbridge, SES, CloudFront), Azure

• Version Control: Git, Bitbucket

• Authentication: Next Auth, Clerk

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about shipping fast and creating real-world impact.

• Comfortable with trial and error in AI development and prompt engineering.

• Great communicator who enjoys talking to customers.

• Thrives in a collaborative office environment (4-5 days in-office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/LLM tools like Langchain, Llama Index, or Vercel AI SDK.

• Understanding of AI concepts like vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.

• AWS cloud deployment experience (SST, certifications are a plus).

• Hands-on Next.js production experience for over a year.

• Base Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
