Full Stack Engineer

Description:

Consortia is recruiting a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable RegTech and Compliance applications. The role involves building high-performance systems to streamline onboarding, risk assessments, and regulatory screening using Angular for frontend and Django REST Framework/Python for backend development.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and optimize scalable RegTech & Compliance applications.

• Design robust RESTful APIs with Django REST Framework for secure and seamless third-party integrations.

• Build intuitive, responsive UIs using Angular, focusing on excellent UX.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and compliance experts.

• Champion secure coding practices, testing, and automation to ensure high quality and performance.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years experience in Full Stack Development with Angular (frontend) and Django/Python (backend).

• Strong background in designing secure, scalable SaaS or Compliance solutions.

• Experience working in agile, remote-first teams.

• Mentorship and collaboration skills.

• Ideally experienced in RegTech, Compliance, SaaS, or FinTech sectors.

• Experience integrating AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, UI/UX best practices

• Backend: Django REST Framework, Python, PostgreSQL/MySQL

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

• Familiarity with AI tools such as LLMs (GPT-4), NLP frameworks like spaCy, Hugging Face is beneficial.
