A PropTech startup is seeking an experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to take ownership of software development, support business growth, and drive technical innovation. This is a critical hire, as the company plans to set up a new office near the hire and build a development team around them.

The role involves leading a software team, streamlining development processes, and working closely with Co-Founders to shape the product and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Software Development & Product Leadership
✔ Take full ownership of app platform development and Laravel-based dashboard.
✔ Define and execute the software roadmap in collaboration with Co-Founders.
✔ Explore AI integration to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

🚀 Technical Leadership & Team Growth
✔ Lead and mentor junior & mid-level developers.
✔ Set up and optimize software development processes and best practices.
✔ Drive high-quality coding standards in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Experience & Skills:

✅ Expertise in PHP, Laravel & Vue.js.
✅ Experience in technical leadership within a software team.
✅ Proven ability to streamline software processes (startup/scale-up experience is ideal).
✅ Ability to work in a high-output, fast-paced environment.
✅ Understanding of end-user experience (UX) and product usability.
