Fundraising Assistant

Description:

We’re looking for a Fundraising Assistant in our Supporter Acquisition team, who are responsible for recruiting new supporters to donate to our work.

What does this role do?

As Supporter Acquisition Fundraising Assistant, you’ll:

• provide administrative support to the Supporter Acquisition team, from responding to queries to research and content collation, you’ll assist with various elements of the supporter recruitment lifecycle,
• support with diary management and meeting planning for the team, as well as managing their digital assets, documents, and files,
• support with sourcing case studies and attending photo shoots, working closely with teams in rehoming centres,
• generate and circulate reports, gathering information related to income, KPI’s and supporter feedback, helping the team ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
