Funds Lawyer

Description:

Axiom is seeking an experienced UK-Funds Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance on fund structuring, formation, and distribution, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across various investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fund structuring, formation, and distribution for different types of investment funds.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including investment terms, investor agreements, management agreements, and other contracts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative legal solutions supporting business objectives.

• Provide expertise on international fund structures and UCITS regulations.

• Advise on strategic legal matters to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• UK-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Funds Lawyer.

• Proven experience in fund formation and distribution with strong legal knowledge.

• Knowledge of international fund structures (US, Luxembourg) is a plus.

• Expertise in UCITS regulations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide concise legal advice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
