As a Garment Technologist, you will serve as the vital link between design, product development, and manufacturing, ensuring every product meets technical and consumer expectations. You will play a crucial role in shaping new collections, leading fit sessions, and improving product quality to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to align creative vision with technical feasibility.

• Lead and coordinate inclusive fit sessions across multiple body types and sizes.

• Conduct wear tests, gather durability and comfort feedback, and recommend improvements.

• Research, test, and source suitable fabrics, trims, elastics, and functional materials.

• Evaluate product performance including stretch, recovery, shrinkage, absorbency, and breathability.

• Identify and flag potential risks (e.g., distortion, transparency, seam durability).

• Maintain material libraries and technical performance data.

• Review pre-production and production samples for technical quality and consistency.

• Provide troubleshooting support during bulk production.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in garment technology within underwear, bras, swimwear, or period products.

• Expertise in fabric and trim evaluation, performance testing, and material selection.

• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities.

• Well-organized with strong documentation skills.

• Fluent in English (German or Czech is a plus).

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to liaise with design, development, and suppliers.
