In this role, you will develop and implement tailored lesson plans aimed at enhancing the learning experience for our diverse students. Your commitment to providing a supportive, engaging educational environment will help our students progress through the GCSE English curriculum with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver personalized tuition programs in both small group and one-on-one settings.
• Provide individualized support that accommodates each student's learning needs and styles, particularly for those with SEN.
• Evaluate student progress and adapt your teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Keep thorough records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements
 

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
• At least 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of the GCSE English curriculum.
• The right to work as a self-employed tutor in the UK.
