General Foreman

As well as your relevant experience (Highways, Rail, Water or Aviation) in a related discipline (Earthworks, structures, Drainage), ONC or HNC in a construction discipline and proven leadership capability, we are seeking individuals with a calm, level-headed approach and strong communication skills in order to get the most of the team and subcontractors.

Working on site, we’d like you to have SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Supervisor, Confined Space training and First Aid. However, we will support you in covering any training needs. You’ll have strong IT skills and be fully conversant with the Microsoft suite of packages.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be confident in delivering safety briefings and toolbox talks, able to read and interpret design drawings and execute construction work in line with ITP’s, quality standards and safety documentation.
