General Manager

Description:

Castle Leisure Group is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead XOXO & The Terrace, one of Falkirk’s busiest late night venues.

XOXO is a high energy, drink led venue known for packed weekends, DJs, live entertainment and terrace sessions. This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast paced nightlife environments.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the venue, leading the team, driving sales performance and ensuring every night delivers a great customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Experience managing a busy bar, late night venue or nightclub

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience running high volume hospitality operations

• Personal Licence preferred

• Passion for nightlife and entertainment led venues
