Description:

Gynae Expert, a CQC-registered women’s health clinic with an established reputation for high-quality care, is expanding its services by introducing dedicated private GP consultations. The clinic is seeking experienced General Practitioners based in Kent, Surrey, or Sussex to provide comprehensive general medical care through both face-to-face and virtual consultations.

This role is designed to complement the clinic’s wide-ranging services which already include women’s health, menopause, gynaecology, CBT, weight management, onsite phlebotomy, microbiology and cytology testing, ultrasound imaging, and dispensing services. The new GP service will focus solely on general medical consultations, health screening, and related activities — women’s health consultations will remain the responsibility of existing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct private general GP consultations both in-person at the Royal Tunbridge Wells clinic and virtually.

• Provide holistic health screening and general medical advice.

• Deliver a high standard of patient-centred care in collaboration with the clinic’s multi-disciplinary team.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping, clinical governance, and adherence to CQC standards.

• Commit to regular clinic sessions with flexibility regarding working days, hours, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration without restriction and inclusion on the Performer's List.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in either NHS or private practice.

• At least 1 year of experience in specialist menopause practice and prescribing.

• Strong ability to deliver high-quality care, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff.

• Evidence of most recent appraisal and Performer's List data required.

Benefits:

• Flexible working hours (part-time, sessional basis).

• Pro-rata payment per session (session = 4 hours, including 30 minutes of paid admin time).

• Anticipated commitment: 1–3 sessions weekly (4–12 hours).
