✔ Build strong, strategic connections with key contacts

✔ Lead the implementation of global strategic decisions

✔ Deliver regular updates on account growth and profitability to our Senior Leadership Team and Board

✔ Stay ahead of competitive challenges and market trends

✔ Effectively manage regional commercial teams using a matrix approach

✔ Ensure alignment of regional/local strategy and manage matrix reports

✔ Oversee global and regional account operations strategy

✔ Handle stakeholder relationships with skill and precision

✔ Keep a close eye on industry trends and client-specific challenges

✔ Collaborate and drive development with internal stakeholders at Collinson

📝 Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required 📝

✔ Considerable experience in product, account, or relationship management (European or International markets)

✔ Strong commercial awareness with a solid understanding of competitive environments ✔ Familiarity with the travel industry and consumer financial services products

✔ Stellar communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics into simple and pragmatic solutions

✔ Comfortable with technology and trends disrupting the travel and/or payments space ✔ High numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)

✔ Fluent in English, and ideally, another language
