Description:
Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join its Global Facultative team in London. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s operational excellence, drive process improvements, and support brokers in delivering top-tier client experiences across global markets.
As part of Gallagher Re, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with regional leadership, internal stakeholders, and support teams to deliver best-in-class service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with the Operations Director to develop efficient, standardized, and scalable broker support processes. Drive operational improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and accuracy across teams.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with technology teams to implement sustainable digital solutions.
Data Management & Compliance:
Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal reporting requirements while maintaining the highest data quality standards.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Work closely with regional operations teams, brokers, and claims professionals to ensure consistency in practices and service delivery across all regions.
Client Support:
Manage client onboarding, contract processing, and query resolution with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless operational transitions.
Experience:
Proven experience in the re/insurance sector, ideally within broking operations or reinsurance/facultative placements.
Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various business functions.
Mindset:
