Your main tasks and responsibilities:
 

  • Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the global marketing communication strategy for the EMS Product Line, encompassing value proposition, positioning, and integrated omni-channel experiences
  • Sales/Marketing Collateral: Create compelling sales and marketing collateral that effectively showcases the entire product line service portfolio across various industries
  • Market Research: Conduct landscape research and analysis across relevant markets and stakeholders, focusing on customer, category, competitor, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Campaign Planning: Set objectives, goals, and metrics for campaigns and activations to drive annual business and marketing KPIs, aligning with Sulzer Services' vision and mission
  • Creative Leadership: Lead creative idea and concept development, campaign briefing, and oversee creative and content development with respective partners
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to different regions and platforms, considering cultural nuances and preferences in content creation and engagement
     

To succeed in this role, you will need:
 

  • Educational Background: BSc in Marketing, Brand Management, PR, or Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience in Industrial B2B, with a proven track record of growing a business through marketing activation
  • Marketing Expertise: Detailed understanding of managing a modern marketing mix (digital & offline) and experience in building a brand across different channels and regions
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong data-driven, strategic, and customer-centric thinking, coupled with a bias toward action
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Independence and Proactivity: Able to work independently and proactively, assuming accountability for on-time delivery
  • Creative Effectiveness: Strong sense for creative effectiveness and compelling customer messaging
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive positive change
  • Motivational Leadership: Ability to motivate and empower peers and colleagues across functions, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Independent and entrepreneurial thinker, results-oriented, with a strong drive for action
  • IT Affinity: Solid experience in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and preferably Google Analytics & Salesforce
