Global Program Manager

Description:

Lime, the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a Global Program Manager to join the Repair Operations team. In this role, you will drive global initiatives to enhance mechanic efficiency, fleet reliability, and repair process standardization across warehouse operations. You will be responsible for embedding a culture of operational excellence, ensuring compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Optimize Repair Operations – Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance mechanic efficiency, labor planning, and cost reduction.
🔹 Standardize Global Best Practices – Develop, implement, and scale warehouse SOPs, productivity tools, and process improvements.
🔹 Strategic Planning & Execution – Contribute to OKRs, roadmaps, and budget planning to align operations with company goals.
🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement – Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency, empowering warehouse teams to improve workflows.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with teams to design warehouse layouts, workflow optimizations, and data-driven decision-making tools.
🔹 Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain operational consistency, fleet reliability, and global compliance standards.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience leading process improvements & operational changes in high-paced environments.
✔ Strong data analytics skills – Advanced SQL, Excel, and data visualization expertise.
✔ Lean Six Sigma methodologies experience is a plus.
✔ Problem-solving mindset – Ability to solve real-time issues while maintaining a long-term strategy.
✔ Willingness to travel (10%) to key warehouse locations to implement best practices.
