We regularly review the expertise on our Board to ensure it reflects the needs of our organisation and the communities we serve. At present, we are especially keen to hear from candidates with knowledge and leadership experience in the following areas
 

• Further Education - knowledge of the FE sector, with insight into learner pathways, funding, and policy.
• Higher Education - strategic understanding of the higher education sector, partnerships, and pathways that support learner progression.
• Careers and Digital - expertise in preparing learners for the evolving world of work, and leveraging digital innovation in education.
