You’ll be exposed to a wide and exciting spread of responsibilities, including:

◼️Section 20 major works & contract administration.

◼️Planned maintenance programmes.

◼️Party wall, rights to light, cladding consultancy, and historic building care.

◼️Reinstatement cost assessments and pre-purchase surveys.

◼️Retrofit & green‑upgrade strategies.

◼️Innovative techniques like drone, thermographic, and time‑lapse surveying.
