As part of the 2026 Graduate Programme, you will join WTW’s RDI Consulting team in London, contributing immediately to data-driven consulting projects that influence strategic people decisions in top-tier organizations worldwide.
Participate in WTW’s 12-month FAST START training programme to build consulting, analytical, and technical capabilities.
Work with market-leading data, AI-driven tools, and digital analytics platforms to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, benchmark compensation data, and evaluate pay strategies across industries.
Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver compensation and rewards consulting services.
Assist in the development and automation of job matching and data submission processes using digital tools.
Support clients through the entire survey cycle, including market surveys, analysis, and interpretation of results.
Research and contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and AI-enhanced data insights.
Build strong relationships with clients across diverse sectors such as financial services, retail, telecoms, and energy.
Gain exposure to broader Work & Rewards practice areas and contribute to the digital transformation journey within WTW.
Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in handling and interpreting data.
Basic familiarity with GenAI platforms and their application in business analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Passion for consulting, data, and transforming business strategies through evidence-based insights.

Hybrid working available — typically three days in-office (four during the first few months) and the rest remote, allowing flexibility and collaboration.
