As a Graduate Environmental Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the Environmental team in delivering a wide range of consultancy services. You will gain experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project management and coordination, preparing environmental statements and appraisals, and providing professional advice to clients, local planning authorities, and other statutory bodies. The role promises comprehensive training, guidance, and the opportunity to learn from some of the UK’s leading experts in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for various development projects.

  • Support the preparation of environmental statements, appraisals, and related technical documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with clients, planning authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental planning solutions.

  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to environmental data and planning challenges.

  • Participate in the Pegasus Group Graduate Training Scheme, receiving structured mentoring and development opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Impact Assessment and/or Environmental Management (essential).

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to use initiative and think creatively.

  • Previous work experience or internship in EIA or Environmental Consultancy (advantageous but not mandatory).
