You might be a recent graduate in something numbers-heavy (economics, maths, finance, engineering, the sciences), someone who ran the commercial side of a society, placement or side hustle, or a self-taught operator already obsessed with how businesses make money. What matters is how you think and operate, not your CV.

• Strong commercial and analytical instinct — P&L, margin, CPA, unit economics
• Genuine fluency in spreadsheets and turning numbers into decisions
• Ability to assess tools objectively and systematise workflows
• Clear written communication
• High ownership, low ego, entrepreneurial wiring — an operator, not a passenger

Marketing experience is genuinely not required, we'll teach it. Nice to have: exposure to performance marketing or media buying, a fast/test-driven environment, post-grad background, or the kind of person who'd start something themselves.
