From day one, you will be part of an integrated team. Our team of engineers, hydraulic modellers, and environmental scientists brings together diverse expertise to tackle complex challenges and create brilliant solutions. You will develop practical skills in hydraulic modelling, catchment analysis, spatial data, technical reporting and collaborative project delivery. You will be supported by experienced specialists and given opportunities to contribute ideas, present your work and build experience towards professional membership

Our work ranges from small-scale civil engineering projects to novel nature-based solutions and major infrastructure programmes of national significance. You'll be supported by a local network of technical specialists who work together to deliver meaningful, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
 

• Analysis and problem solving. Assessing large datasets, gap analysis and scoping future investigation needs. This can include historic drawings, surveys, catchment information, hydraulic models, reports. You will work with a variety of Contractors to specify and manage surveys, including site visits.
• Hydraulic modelling and solution development. Develop hydraulic models which represent urban drainage systems, rivers and coasts assessing flow and water quality. You will be supported in technical delivery with a multi-disciplinary team, including bespoke modelling training, hands on job support, software and technical guidance. Contribute to solutions that improve river health, reduce flood risk and provide future infrastructure resilience. We promote a culture of learning and sharing, in a safe and supportive environment.
