Pegasus Group is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Training Scheme, offering aspiring engineers an exciting opportunity to begin their careers with one of the UK’s most dynamic and forward-thinking development consultancies. Based in our London office, this role will place you at the heart of our Infrastructure Team, where you’ll work on a wide range of innovative projects across residential, retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.
This structured graduate program is designed to help you build technical expertise, professional confidence, and industry knowledge under the guidance of experienced mentors. You’ll contribute to projects that shape the built environment and enhance infrastructure design across the UK, gaining hands-on experience from day one in a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
Assist with the production of designs, calculations, and engineering drawings for planning applications and construction projects.
Support senior engineers in the development of infrastructure solutions including drainage, highways, and sustainable urban development.
Contribute to the preparation of engineering design reports, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with clients, planning authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality design and consultancy services.
Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Engage in continuous professional development through Pegasus Group’s Graduate Training Scheme and mentorship programs.
Educational Qualification:
HNC or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Geography, Maths, Engineering).
Desirable Skills and Qualities:
Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use initiative, think critically, and propose creative solutions.
Prior experience or internship in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering (advantageous but not required).
Professional Development:
