Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lettings and tenant engagement across multiple sites

• Support asset management and commercial property operations

• Contribute to social media, marketing campaigns, and event planning

• Gain exposure to real estate business strategy and startup operations

• Interact closely with the founding team, taking ownership of key tasks

• Participate in workspace site visits across various London locations

• Work primarily from the office in Kilburn, with some flexibility for remote work

Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate with foundational understanding of real estate or related field

• Passionate about property, regeneration, and social impact

• Strong interest in working in a start-up environment without corporate perks but with high growth potential

• Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic

• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude

What’s Offered:

• A 3-month paid internship beginning July 2025

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
