The programme provides graduates with hands-on experience in software development within a cutting-edge technology and trading environment. Participants will work alongside senior technologists and developers to design, deliver, and optimize technical solutions that handle large volumes of data with high performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain scalable, stable, and optimized systems.

  • Engage in hands-on problem solving and contribute to the development of live trading systems.

  • Participate in both technical and classroom-based training sessions to deepen understanding of C#, C++, Python, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.

  • Work closely with other developers, traders, and analysts to address technical challenges, improvements, and issues.

  • Gain exposure to leading-edge hardware and software technologies.

  • Participate in industry lectures to understand the broader context of trading and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Strong software development skills in any object-oriented language (C#, C++, Python preferred).

  • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop new technologies.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
