You’re a digital-first graphic designer who can turn your hand to anything from a social media banner to a key corporate publication such as our Annual Report and Accounts and any manner of campaign and communications material in between. As one of our Creative Hub design team you will have some high-ranking key customers. Your work will be instrumental in helping to further iterate the visual Dstl brand identity, illustrating the next chapters in our history and development.

  • Experienced in graphic design techniques and approaches – besides an exceptional eye for typography, you will also demonstrate real attention to detail, excellent project management skills and a proven ability to deliver outstanding design solutions. You’ll be able to ‘do detail’ outstandingly and manage projects superlatively to deliver the outcomes we’re targeting.
  • A savvy creative head – you’ll know just how to tailor visuals and content to channel, so we can carry our messages to the right people, in the right way at the right time.
  • A natural internal networker and great listener – our communications team are sociable, inquisitive and driven to find and share the content and stories that make Dstl tick. You’ll make our work look, read and land fantastically well with our key audiences.
  • A real achiever – you’re a dedicated completer-finisher and good at time management and juggling competing priorities, ensuring they all benefit from your design skills.
  • A fantastic team player – you’re clearly creative but also good to work with. You’ll work very much as part of a team, working into a Graphic Design Lead, however you can also work independently and effectively across your own personal portfolio and you’ll relish bringing another facet and personality to a team we consider to be one of the best in defence and wider…
