Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the property development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create high-quality 2D/3D architectural renderings and visualizations of proposed properties.
• Develop detailed and accurate floor plans, elevations, and site plans using CGI software.
• Produce realistic 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for interior and exterior environments.
• Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations.
• Ensure that all design elements and details align with project specifications and timelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CGI technology and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CGI 2D/3D designer, preferably within the property development or architecture industry.
• Proficiency in CGI software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar.
• Strong artistic and design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
