Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking into expanding our team and we have a vacancy for a full-time Graphic Designer. The job would entail designing infographics, websites, pitch deck presentations, storyboards for the animation pre-production stage and branding content under the supervision of our Head of Design. Due to the nature of our projects, experience or background in scientific/medical/technical illustration or a science-oriented discipline/degree is a strong advantage. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

This is a 100% in-person position. You will be based at our London office and work hand-in-hand within our dynamic team of designers, animators and scientists.

What we expect from you:

• Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role with a portfolio showing excellence in crafting unique and exceptional designs
• Strong background or a strong proven interest in science/medicine/technology/innovations
• Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and a positive, "can do" personality - characteristic traits of our team
• Passionate about design and creative experimentation but also able to work within a set design framework
• Ability to work under pressure, respecting deadlines etc.
• A sense of structure and methodology to your workflow
• Experience in digital graphics: illustrations, infographics, branding with the expert knowledge of: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint
• Experience in website wireframing and design using Photoshop/AdobeXD/Figma would be an advantage
• Some experience in frontend website development (Elementor/Framer/HTML/CSS) or in motion graphics (After Effects) will be an additional advantage.
