Leicestershire County Cricket Club is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and deliver high-quality visual content for the Club’s marketing, branding, and communication strategies. This role includes the creation of digital, print, and motion graphics that align with the club's brand guidelines and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design solutions for social media, websites, print materials, and in-stadium displays.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the club’s brand and enhances its identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, photographers, and external agencies to produce impactful designs.
• Create engaging motion graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to keep visual content fresh.
• Increase engagement across digital platforms and support the growth of the club’s audience and membership base.
• Contribute to the design of matchday and promotional materials.
