In this exciting role, you will be part of a dynamic design team, collaborating closely with two other designers to produce visually engaging content that aligns with Bruntwood SciTech’s brand identity and values. The position requires a combination of creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail to deliver impactful visual communications across digital, video, and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Design and marketing team to create high-quality, on-brand assets.

• Develop animations and videos using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects for promotional and internal campaigns.

• Design and produce engaging visual content across various channels, including social media, print materials, digital campaigns, and email marketing.

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to Bruntwood SciTech’s brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence throughout.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication from concept to delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and After Effects (Premier Pro and After Effects experience is essential).

• Ability to create engaging videos, animations, and static graphics that align with brand messaging.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work — a portfolio link must be attached when applying via the website.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
