The opportunity
The EY UK Employer Brand team is responsible for employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, candidate experience and promoting the firm’s career opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
A new position has been created for an experienced Creative Designer to join the team.
Your key responsibilities
Develop concepts, designs and innovative ideas for employer brand campaigns
- Create layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of colour, images and fonts, allowing for readability of type
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team’s work stream
- Knowledge of creating conceptual design and production solutions in Adobe CC applications
- Manage routine design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines
- Troubleshoot technical issues in web, multimedia and print projects
- Effectively participates as a team player in planning, scheduling and production of campaigns
- Maintains awareness of “state-of-the-art” techniques, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community
- Understanding of current and future visual trends and proactive approach
- Responsible for determining project scope to define timescale estimates
- Understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including VI and brand guidelines
- Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas.
