Responsibilities:

● Design and Creativity: Assist the design team in creating visually engaging graphics for a variety of purposes, including digital marketing materials, social media content, print collateral, and more.

● Conceptualization: Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and contribute innovative design ideas that effectively communicate our brand message.

● Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce high-quality visual materials, including but not limited to logos, banners, posters, and illustrations.

● Image Editing: Edit and enhance images to ensure they meet quality standards and are optimized for various platforms and purposes.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts align with project goals and objectives.

● Feedback Incorporation: Accept and integrate feedback from team members and supervisors to refine design concepts and improve your skills.

● Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements and adhere to established brand guidelines across all visual materials.

● Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

● Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Both digital and print design samples are encouraged.

● Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

● Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

● Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn and adapt.

● Enthusiasm for design trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.

● Knowledge of web design and multimedia design is a plus.
