Group Financial Controller

Description:

They are seeking a qualified Financial Controller with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualified experience and proven experience in either acquisitions or disposal transactions. This is an urgent role so we are seeking candidates who are either immediately available or have maximum 1 month's notice period.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial data to the the CFO and the leadership team
• Oversee corporate transaction-related accounting and integration (including acquisitions and disposals)
• Oversee the PLC statutory reporting, audit, compliance, tax, treasury, and investor presentations
• Manage the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration with business units
• Deliver internal management reporting, including forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
