Growth Engineer

 

Description:

A rapidly growing platform that connects individuals with industry professionals for special events is looking for a highly technical and creative Growth Engineer (GTM Engineer). This role involves identifying high-impact acquisition channels, building scalable lead-generation strategies, and establishing key industry partnerships. You’ll work closely with the founder, taking full ownership of growth initiatives and helping the company expand into new cities and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and optimize channels capable of generating 500k+ leads.
  • Design and implement scalable lead-generation systems and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build an automated acquisition engine for global expansion.
  • Establish and manage key partnerships within the hospitality industry.
  • Launch in-person brand-building initiatives, such as community events and podcasts.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Strong technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent).
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a track record of solving growth challenges.
  • Highly autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable taking extreme ownership.
  • Ability to push projects forward independently and find solutions proactively.
  • Experience in growth, sales, or marketing (preferred but not required).
