The Growth Marketing Manager will play a strategic role in developing and executing Marketing and Communications campaigns/programs, whilst providing hands on marketing activation to generate demand. Working closely with collaborators you will own, plan and deliver aligned campaign/program activities based on specific regional growth priorities. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Leader and partner with relevant solution line and commercial leaders as to implement a strategic marketing and communications plan that drives growth for Aon in the UK. Key Responsibilities
Key liaison between regional commercial collaborators and Marketing and Communications function, in developing the marketing strategy
Design, build, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns/programs that drive engagement and/or drive demand, aligned where relevant to Global Buyer campaigns
Owns and delivers marketing activation through channels include social media, paid and organic search, email campaigns, digital and other advertising.
Utilises campaign tracking frameworks including correct tracking and analytics tags
In liaison with the business, owns the development of content and assets, and activates for relevant Buyer/Industry content
Managing 3rd party relationships including sponsorship and partnership
Collaborating closely with 3rd party suppliers and in-house platforms to deliver assets
Partners with Events & Communications CoE’s to deliver Events & Communications as part of omni-channel marketing activity
Partners with Growth Marketing Colleagues across different Buyers to lead DAU and cross-buyer / cross-solution line marketing activity
Owns relationships with business stakeholders to deliver progress and coordinate and implement feedback
Managing the budget for marketing activity
Apply and learn from the application of best practices across technology, measurement and budget management
Works with Analytics specialists and agencies to collect, analyse and report data / analytics, delivering regular Reporting on marketing performance and optimisation
Liaison as needed with Sales Enablement colleagues to support the business
Provide mentorship and/or supervision to other team members
Act as an Aon brand ambassador who is closely aligned with the “Aon Story”, encompassing brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.
May serve as people manager to a small number of colleagues. How this opportunity is different

Extensive professional B2B and marketing communications campaign experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex matrixed environment
Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
