The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and deliver all performance-driven marketing activity across TikTok Shop, affiliates, paid media (TikTok, Meta, Google), and eCRM. Reporting to the UK Marketing Director, you'll shape and execute digital strategy, manage external agencies, and oversee key channels to drive DTC growth and brand engagement. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to align promotions and campaigns, manage the website, and report on performance and ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities

DTC & Website

  • Manage and optimise the UK website for performance and user experience
  • Align digital promotions with the sales team
  • Lead review generation programmes and manage live chat services

Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid media via agency partners across TikTok, Meta, and Google
  • Set KPIs, monitor ROI, and ensure efficient budget spend
  • Define quarterly priorities and target audiences

Affiliate Marketing

  • Oversee the affiliate programme, including structure, partner outreach, and performance

eCRM & Lead Gen

  • Lead segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and lead generation initiatives

TikTok Shop & Social Commerce

  • Own TikTok Shop strategy and performance
  • Manage presenter programme (TikTok Lives) and external talent
  • Build TikTok-specific offers with the sales team

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver monthly performance reports
  • Manage relevant budget lines
  • dentify and test new growth opportunities

Other

  • Contribute to wider marketing projects
  • Plan promotional offers for events and trade shows

 

We’re Looking For:

Education

  • BA or BSc degree required

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a digital or growth marketing role
  • Proven track record managing affiliate, eCRM, social commerce, and website performance
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams

Skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, and TikTok Shop
  • Excellent communication skills
