Growth Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across Aico, Mercur, and AARO to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Meet quarterly MQL and SAL targets through high-quality demand generation programs.
  • Optimise lead acquisition, scoring, nurture, and sales handoff to ensure conversion efficiency.
  • Leverage HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, lead management, and performance tracking.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI, sharing insights with leadership.

 

2. Webinars & Events

  • Plan and manage webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences to strengthen awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and partners to deliver compelling event content.
  • Manage event promotion, registration workflows, and post-event nurturing to maximise lead impact.

 

3. Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM

  • Develop and optimise SEO strategies to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social channels.
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and progression through the funnel.

 

4. Content & Design

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal marketing teams to develop high-value content for campaigns.
  • Design campaign and event assets (ads, visuals, presentations) using Canva or Adobe.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Aico, Mercur, and AARO marketing initiatives.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS/technology preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, automation, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimise, and communicate performance.
  • Demonstrated success in running webinars, events, and conferences that drive pipeline impact.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital demand channels.
  • Design proficiency using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
