As a Guest Experience Team Member, your primary role will involve creating a welcoming environment for guests and owners. You'll be greeting guests with a friendly smile and providing them with a positive first impression as they arrive at our vibrant reception area. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with guests and owners, listening attentively to their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their stay is as comfortable as possible. You will also collaborate with other team members to provide smooth, seamless service, and gather feedback to continually improve the experience.

This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Even though experience in similar roles such as Customer Service Advisor or Reception Team Member is beneficial, we provide full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Listen attentively to guest questions and concerns, taking thoughtful action to personalize interactions.

  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service.

  • Share guest feedback with relevant teams to improve service.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

  • Passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Patience, tact, and efficiency when handling guest complaints or challenges.
