Responsibilities
 

  • This role is Front of House, working face to face with guests.
  • Involves assisting guests with accessibility queries and processing Ride Access Pass registrations.
  • Be an ambassador for the resort, as the main source of knowledge and information for guest queries.
  • Taking and resolving guest feedback, both positive and negative discreetly and professionally.
     

Qualifications & Experience

No previous experience required , just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
