Description:

As Co-Founder & CMO, you’ll be the clinical cornerstone of AI-MED and our flagship app, MARS-ENDO, helping to shape a product designed specifically for gynaecological surgery and to build connections with key societies such as BSGE, EEL, and others, as well as patients with endometriosis. You’ll lead the medical strategy, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful clinical value from day one. You will:

• Define the clinical vision and align it with our product roadmap
• Build partnerships with hospitals, clinical networks, and professional societies
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to turn clinical insights into innovative features
• Oversee clinical validation, safety, and compliance for all products
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence and patient-focused innovation
• Navigate UK digital health regulations (e.g. DTAC, DSPT, NICE)

Who You Are

We’re looking for a visionary clinician who:

• Holds a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Has 5–10 years of clinical experience, with a focus on endometriosis surgery or advanced gynaecological care
• Has held leadership roles or driven clinical improvement initiatives
• Communicates well across clinical and technical teams
• Ideally has experience with research, clinical audits, innovation, or digital health projects
• Believes in AI’s potential to drive better outcomes in surgical care
