Harassment Prevention Coordinator

The Equality and Diversity Unit (EDU) works closely with colleagues from across the University to develop strategies, policies and interventions that are effective within a research-intensive University, are compliant with current legislation and will contribute to lasting cultural change.

The University is expanding its capacity to address bullying and harassment and we are recruiting a Harassment Prevention Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is an important role that presents an exciting opportunity to have a positive impact on the University’s culture.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating and developing the University’s Harassment Advisory Service and will work closely with the Harassment Prevention Advisor to develop a new programme of work to prevent and respond effectively to bullying and harassment.
