Description:

We are working with a high growth, global consultancy based in central London to find a new addition to their FP&A function. You will report into the Head of Reporting as well as having a dotted line into the CFO and you will have complete ownership of the FP&A function and drive business decision

Key remits to the Head of FP&A role include

• Manage the team running month end, financial budgeting and forecasting and 5 year plans
• Ensure control activities are in place
• Provide insight to management to enable timely and effective decision making
• Coordinate preparation of management accounts, KPI reports, forecasts and strategic plans
• Take responsibility for performance measurement
• Responsibility for integrating global systems.

The successful candidate will be

• Qualified accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CA
• Have experience providing leadership across multiple regions
• Experience in commercial finance operation
• Excellent levels of communicating with non-finance parties.
