- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional food quality and service.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on Bakery, Desserts, Savoury treats, VE options.
- Excellent menu planning and development abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Bakery experience is essential.
