This is a full-time, 12-month fixed contract role for a Head of B2B Events, mainly home-based but with some on-site work at our head office in Dolgellau and our logistics base in the West Midlands. The selected candidate will take charge of planning, managing, and executing B2B events, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with our clients' goals.

Leopold Marketing is looking for an exceptional Head of B2B Events to lead our global live events, exhibitions and trade-show programme at a pivotal moment of growth.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering standout experiences on the world’s biggest business tourism stages - from IMEX and IBTM to flagship UK and international trade shows - and who understands how powerful live events can be when they’re strategically planned, beautifully executed and commercially focused.

You’ll take ownership of our B2B events portfolio, shaping strategy, building partner participation, and delivering high-impact exhibitions, activations and live events that generate measurable results for destinations, venues and our clients’ partners. From managing multi-partner pavilions, to overseeing design, logistics and on-site delivery, and ensuring strong pre- and post-event marketing and lead generation and conversion - this role sits right at the heart of what Leopold Marketing does best.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up delivery. You’ll be commercially confident, highly organised, and completely at home managing complex logistics, stakeholders and suppliers - while still having the energy creativity and presence to lead from the front on-site.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension, offering a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership position within an award winning specialist agency working with ambitious destinations and partners across the global business events sector.
