Description:
As the Head of Business Development your key responsibilities include:
- Research and understand the territory to identify potential target sites
- Conduct research on client backgrounds and industry landscapes to fully comprehend client needs
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and self-generated leads
- Build a robust pipeline based on personal conversion ratios, ensuring consistent monthly target delivery
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
- Evaluate the commercial aspects of proposed sites and suggest improvements if needed
- Reinforce, maintain, and develop the company’s brand
- Deliver professional presentations to both internal and external audiences

The successful Head of Business Development will receive an amazing salary of £70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role working through Days.
