Head of Change is needed for a FinTech who are a joint venture between two of the largest names in Asset management. The FinTech has been created to provide digital investment & wealth management advice, investments & portfolios to a more digitally minded, High net wealth genre, taking a fresh, personal, digital & easily accessible approach to investments.

The Investment / Wealth management Fintech will use technology to explain how long-term financial planning and investment portfolios can add value to individual and family wealth. Providing investment and advisory services to high and ultra-high-net-worth clients, financial planning, exposure to private market offerings, as well as investment strategies via mutual funds, & cross asset portfolios.

As Head of Change in the Wealth/Investment FinTech, you will be leading a small team of change/project managers. As part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the COO, this is a great opportunity to be involved in both strategic decisions, as well as delivering flagship books of work. As such a no-ego approach to being hands-on for the large transformational change is needed, whilst also having leadership / management responsibility.

💰Paying up to £130,000 + Bonus (20-30%) + Benefits

🏢3 days per week in the office

🚂Closest stations are Liverpool Street, Bank & Moorgate

As Head of Change you will

  • Lead end-to-end Programmes of work for a number of key workstreams, including feasibility studies, business case proposals, process re-engineering and future-state operating model implementation. This will include scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Work with the COO as to both Business & Tech change strategy across the firm.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including investment teams, operations, technology, and other support functions.
  • Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
  • Manage a small team of project/change managers.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between business units, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the firms leadership team, particularly the COO to define change strategies, prioritisation, change initiatives, prioritisation and roll-outs.
  • Communicate project progress and updates through regular reporting and presentations.
