I'm partnered with a small biotech who are looking to make a senior hire to oversee their growing Clinical Operations division.

They anticipate around 50% growth across the team this year to facilitate a number of Clinical Trials across the Neurology space.

The ideal candidate must have:

> 10+ Years Clinical Research experience (3-5 years Director level)

> Strong understanding of Clinical Trial process improvement

> Ability to lead teams and oversee multiple personnel across the Clinical Operations division

> Been involved in hiring processes for multiple direct reports/team members

> Successfully led bid defences from sponsor side

> Strong experience across the Neurology space (Parkinsons, Alzheimers, ALS all major bonuses)

> Strong early phase experience
