We have a leadership opportunity for a senior commercial / regulatory insurance lawyer to join an award-winning legal team in London. The client promotes a highly flexible and supportive working culture - with the team averaging 2-3 days a week in the office.

You will manage a small team of lawyers providing collective support on the following:

• TOBAs, DUAs, AR agreements, introducer arrangements, panel services agreements, fee for service agreements and overrider agreements.
• Non-regulated insurance agreements e.g. introducers and fee for service arrangements.
• Advising senior stakeholders on key regulatory matters including Consumer Duty, the Insurance Act, ICOBS etc.
• Commercial/ outsourcing / tech agreements.
• Wider commercial matters including DP and the use of data within commercial arrangements.
• Contracting compliance procedures, to ensure effective contracting, procurement and negotiation.
