Searchability® is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of CRM to join a well-established and respected UK retail brand based in North-East Wales. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing CRM team, shaping and delivering customer lifecycle strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of CRM systems, emerging trends, and data-driven marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a talented CRM team to deliver high-impact results.
Design and implement scalable, automated lifecycle CRM strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Develop personalised email and push notification campaigns to enhance customer journeys.
Build and optimise conversion and retention funnels to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights and improve campaign performance.
Create customer journey frameworks to align CRM activity with business goals.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive strategic improvements.
Analyse campaign data and continuously refine CRM strategies for maximum ROI.
Candidate Profile:
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing successful CRM teams.
Deep understanding of CRM platforms, tools, and trends; AI experience is a plus.
At least 8 years’ CRM or digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
Proven success in delivering strategies that improve revenue and retention.
Highly analytical with excellent data interpretation skills.
Clear communicator with the ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning CRM activity with company objectives.
