Searchability® is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of CRM to join a well-established and respected UK retail brand based in North-East Wales. This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing CRM team, shaping and delivering customer lifecycle strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of CRM systems, emerging trends, and data-driven marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented CRM team to deliver high-impact results.

  • Design and implement scalable, automated lifecycle CRM strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Develop personalised email and push notification campaigns to enhance customer journeys.

  • Build and optimise conversion and retention funnels to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights and improve campaign performance.

  • Create customer journey frameworks to align CRM activity with business goals.

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive strategic improvements.

  • Analyse campaign data and continuously refine CRM strategies for maximum ROI.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing successful CRM teams.

  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, tools, and trends; AI experience is a plus.

  • At least 8 years’ CRM or digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven success in delivering strategies that improve revenue and retention.

  • Highly analytical with excellent data interpretation skills.

  • Clear communicator with the ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning CRM activity with company objectives.
