Key Responsibilities

With your team, you will drive up professional standards within the existing Digital Communications team and build new capabilities in the following areas.

Insight:

• You will ensure social media planners have the latest information on platform trends and optimisation, both for paid and organic campaigns.
• You will coordinate with other functions to gather, analyse and present data on our target audiences’ use of and engagement with social media.
• You will use social listening tools and desk research to find new opportunities for our messages to reach people, including new trends, platforms and technologies.
• You will identify potential online trusted partners and collaborators, both organisations to individual influencers, that could get our messages in front of the audiences that need them.
