Description:
Ericsson is seeking a Head of Digital Operations and Infrastructure (Head of People Infrastructure & Operations) to lead the delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of its HR technology platforms, with SAP SuccessFactors at the core. This senior leadership role will play a pivotal part in aligning HR technology with business strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and readiness for advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
The role requires close collaboration with SAP SuccessFactors, product managers, IT teams, external vendors, and HR leadership to ensure seamless integration, enhanced user experience, and support for enterprise-wide workforce transformation. As a strategic enabler, the position bridges technical execution and HR strategy, ensuring platforms are future-ready and optimized for global business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery and operations of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology platforms.
Lead platform configuration, architecture, and enablement to align with workforce strategy.
Partner with SAP SuccessFactors to influence product roadmaps to meet business needs.
Govern and oversee HR application development, demand planning, and customizations.
Ensure HR data quality, compliance, and enterprise-wide data governance.
Prepare systems and operations for AI-readiness, enabling automation and augmentation.
Support rapid deployment of enterprise AI use cases in HR and cross-functional domains.
Act as a strategic partner between vendors, IT, and HR leadership to translate business goals into operational execution.
Success Metrics:
Improved HR technology user experience, with SAP SuccessFactors as the primary focus.
Seamless integration of third-party HR tools and enterprise applications.
Efficient governance and deployment of HR-related AI use cases.

Requirements:
Senior leadership experience in HR technology management within large organizations.
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, integration, and operations.
Strong HR data architecture and application development knowledge.
Experience working across IT, vendors, and business functions.
Hands-on leadership style, capable of strategic planning and operational execution.
Agile delivery experience with focus on scalability, compliance, and innovation.
