You'll lead our early-stage climate tech startup, contributing to our company's future. We seek a self-motivated engineer with a track record in people management, strategy, and hands-on work. Shape our technical architecture, drive our mission, and make a tangible impact on the planet. 🌍

Tech Stack:

Typescript, React, Next.js, tRPC, TailwindCSS, PostgreSQL, Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead, guiding strategic decisions 🛠️
• Partner with product and senior management 🤝 - reporting into Product Direct and working closely with Product Management and Product Design
• Set a high bar for technical excellence ⭐ - push the boundaries and architecture
• Line-manage and mentor engineers 🤓 (3 currently, and looking to grow)

Qualifications:

• Full-stack product engineer
• Proven track record in software product development - took a product from zero to launce
• Tech lead experience ideally with TypeScript at startups
• Product-focused with effective tradeoff decisions
• Managerial experience - 2 years managerial exposure, in a tech or team lead capacity.
